FROM MID-POINT OF PLANNING TO FINISH:

$1,500.00 OR 10% OF WEDDING COST (WHICH-EVER IS GREATER)

LAST MINUTE:

$1,750.00 OR 12% OF WEDDING COST (WHICH-EVER IS GREATER)

NEEDED ONLY AT REHERSAL DINNER AND DAY OF EVENT:

$750.00 (REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 MONTHS ADVANCED NOTICE)

NEEDED ONLY DAY OF EVENT:

$500.00 (REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 MONTHS ADVANCED NOTICE)

BIRTHDAYS, QUINCERAS & SWEET SIXTEENS:

$1,000.00 FROM START TO FINISH

BAR & BAT MITVAH'S & COMING OF AGE CEREMONIES:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

1) $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE AT SIGNING OF CONTRACT

2) 50% OF REMAINING FEE(S) & OR COSTS DUE 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE

3) REMAINDER OF FEE(S) & OR COSTS DUE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF

EVENT DATE

4) FOR LAST MINUTE ARRANGEMENTS 100% OF FEE(S) & OR COSTS ARE

DEFINATION OF FEES & COSTS:

FEE(S) FOR SERVICES ARE JUST THAT, FEES FOR SERVICES

COSTS ARE IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO PURCHASE FOR YOUR EVENT, THOSE ARE THE COSTS FOR MY PURCHASING AND PROVIDING THOSE ITEMS FOR YOUR EVENT

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FOR YOUR EVENT, I WILL PRO-RATE THE COST OF THE ITEM (I.E. SECURITY DEPOSIT) FOR THE USE OF THAT ITEM FOR YOUR EVENT AND KEEP THE ITEM(S) FOR OTHER FUTURE EVENTS THAT I PROVIDE SERVICES FOR.

My promise to you is that I will greatly allieviate the stress that planning a wedding can put on you. I will do the following and even more to assist you in any which way I can.

1) Be there for you no matter what

2) Listen to what you say, & do what you want (you are the Bride, & it's your day,
I've already had my day & I want yours to be as perfect as mine was).

3) Plan everything out with you from start to finish

4) Assist you with choosing your wedding invitations, save the dates & more

5) Assist you with locating ceremony & reception sites

6) Assist you in locating vendors (i.e. florists, caterers, photographers, etc...)

7) Assist you with negotiating with vendors & in organizing the services they
provide

8) Assist you with finding a location for your rehearsal dinner & more

9) Assist you on picking out your wedding gown & the gowns & tuxedo's for the
entire wedding party

10) Be there to coordinate everything on your special day to ensure everything
goes as smoothly as possible

11) To be completely honest & ethical with you and provide reasonable fees for
my services to fit the needs of your budget
